Sam started as an installer, moved into project management, and now serves as our General Manager. He’s committed to honesty, quality work, and great customer care—and enjoys time with his wife and daughters.

Nanette has been part of the company’s growth every step of the way. She’s the backbone of the operation—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Erica is the friendly voice you’ll often hear on the phone, helping with paperwork and keeping details organized. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys family time—and of course, a good Costco run.

Mykala loves capturing photos and videos to highlight your home’s transformation from start to finish. She’s also the voice you might hear on the phone and brings great energy to the team.

Bill has been in the exterior industry for years! He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every conversation. He enjoys getting to know customers and helping them feel confident throughout their project.

Joe brings broad residential construction expertise, a detail-driven approach, and a focus on quality, clear communication, and lasting results. Outside work, he’s a husband and dad who enjoys fishing and hunting in Oregon’s backcountry.

Dave has extensive experience in home remodel, construction, and design. He enjoys helping people bring their visions to life and solving problems. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and two rescue dogs.

Alex gives deep knowledge of the remodeling process from every angle. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him outdoors—one of his favorite hobbies is duck hunting.

Randy takes pride in staying organized and keeping every project on track. He loves having a clear plan of action and making the process smooth from start to finish.
